After 27 years of law enforcement service in Midland County Texas, Paul Urias retired to pursue his passion for teaching others from his experiences. 

Paul co-founded Guardian Training Agency, believing training should be relevant, fun, and realistic. Paul is knowledgeable about violence in our society, self-defense, and mindset techniques.
