This 3-hour session is for those wanting to improve their skill set through improved handgun manipulation, movement, use of cover and concealment, and scenario-based training. Students will perform shooting exercises on paper, rubber, and steel targets.
This class is a must for those who carry a handgun for self-defense. We perform various shooting exercises to reinforce learning proper techniques, then gradually move to more complicated scenarios.
We will cover:
Firearms safety
Efficient draw and safe re-holstering
A brief review of the fundamentals of shooting
Different ready positions
Shooting tempo
Shot-timer drills and evaluations
Introduction to moving and shooting
Discussion on heart rate and stress
Using barricades
Shooting scenarios

150 rounds of ammunition
