LOCATION: Guardian Training Agency Private Outdoor Range 

TIME:  8:00 am – 12:00 pm      4 hours 

COST: $100 per student. Pay after the class. 

PREREQUISITE: Should have taken at least one class with Guardian Training Agency or another reputable handgun instructor.

This 4-hour Intro to Red Dot Sights handgun class will teach you the essential concepts for becoming proficient with red dot sights.

With proper training, you can use the red dot to your advantage, allowing quicker sight acquisition, faster follow-up shots, and improved accuracy at greater distances. By the end of the class,you'lll feel more confident using your RDS.

WE WILL COVER:

• Fundamental marksmanship refresher
• Draw stroke and diagnosing shooter mechanics
• Building speed through efficiency
• Zeroing your Red Dot we'lll discuss the 10, 15, and 25-yard zero) 
• Acquiring the dot—adapting presentation mechanics
• Maintaining target focus

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: 

• A quality handgun with slide-mounted red dot sight 
• A quality Kydex holster with good retention (OWB or IWB)
• A quality belt (EDC or Duty)
• Two magazines (minimum)
• Magazine holder
• Eye & ear protection
• Range-appropriate clothing & footwear
• Permanent marker
• Water and snacks 

AMMUNITION REQUIREMENTS: 

200 rounds of range ammunition
